Shop in the name of Love

July 24, 2017

Thanks to an unlimited supply of resources and information at our fingertips, millennials were born in a golden moment in time where everything is possible and nothing is impossible.  While there’s nothing wrong with dreaming without a limit, Caitlin and Danielle are huge proponents of knowing your body. Once Upon a Dollhouse is partnering with Making Strides Against Breast Cancer in Chicago to educate anyone willing to listen… because the only BS we need is bags and shoes.

Find your passion and give 100%” – Rebecca Minkoff

As millennials, many young men and women feel invincible – especially when it comes to our health. Each year, 25k women under the age of 45 are diagnosed with Breast Cancer.

Rebecca Minkoff is a creative goddess.  This designer is innovating the fashion world one functional purse at a time. She recently opened a store on Oak Street in Chicago’s spectacular Gold Coast neighborhood. The luxury retail spot Rebecca Minkoff offers something for every hard earned dollhair you plan to spend.

The Dolls hosted an event in which Minkoff’s team generously offered a 10% discount on all purchases while and an additional 10% donation of the final proceeds to benefit Making Strides Against Breast Cancer in Chicago.

The event featured makeup touchups by Kim (lipaddictmua on Instagram), a photo booth complete with glam lights and florals from our favorite  West Town shop, Morgans in Bloom – and champagne, of course! Cait and Dani are filled with joy to announce that $300 was raised to benefit Breast Cancer research.

Even if your dream seems unattainable, you can achieve it if you stay focused, driven and diligent.” – Rebecca Minkoff

As a leader in the world of fashion, Rebecca Minkoff is finding new ways to implement technology to better the shopping experience in retail, including smart mirrors and self-checkout.

About

Once upon a time... there were two best friends that lived in a Dollhouse. That's where the story began. While the pages of this digital storybook keep turning, one thing remains the same. Caitlin and Dani are by each other's side through the ups, downs and all the realness in between.
