When you invite someone into your home, you’re inviting them to get to know you better – to take a peek into your lifestyle and personality. First impressions are everything and your living space should be a reflection you! There’s a blank canvas sitting right in your living room. Here’s how to style your coffee table like a Doll:
Your favorite objects, books and seasonal flowers add dimension and visual interest to the entire room. Find sophisticated yet unexpected pieces that you love and show them off.
An inviting touch like beautiful blooms are a must when you entertain – the color and scent bring an elegant flourish to the room.
Coffee table books are one of our favorite table accessories… they have that name for a reason. These books are meant to be shown off on your table and used as a conversation piece. Pick books with bright covers and bold lettering. This Barbie book is a favorite spontaneous gift… How perfect is it?!
You might know that the Dolls are in the process of getting their Yoga Teacher Certification, so The Little Book of Yoga is a lovely reflection and reminder of 2016 goals.
There’s nothing like letting your hair down at a music festival and living life to your own beat. Life in Chicago keeps us cooped up in the winter time, and Around the World in 80 Raves leaves a little inspiration for something to look forward to this summer.
Play with height. The beautiful flowers on this table were a Valentine’s Day gift. They are adding a light of height to the table, but you also want to add some dimension throughout. Stack some books to achieve this or incorporate some sculptural pieces. The Venetian glass bowl was Caitlin’s grandmother’s. We’ve filled it up with some of our favorite crystals we have a connection to. Some of our larger crystals are also on display, including a large chunk of Rose Quartz to celebrate the month of love.
Enjoy the selection process for your own decorative accents that may spark a lively conversation. Don’t forget to have fun with it! You have the option to do a refresh seasonally or however your mood sees fit.

Thanks for sharing this. i haven’t styled my coffee table since I started blogging because it is normally a mess or post mess so I leave it bare besides remotes now lol
Dollhouse says
Haha! Try putting your remotes in a tray or cute box. It’s a great styling trick ?
