The Dollhouse is where it all started. Sometimes, a fun night in the kitchen makes a house a home. Caitlin and Danielle love to cook up delicious meals because food tastes best when it’s shared between best friends. The Dolls partnered with Home Chef, a local Chicago meal delivery service, to cook up some fun!
You might already know that food is our second favorite F Word (fashion is our first). We believe in creating healthy habits, not restrictions. That’s why we make sure to work out, do yoga, choose healthy ingredients… and eat PIZZA!
Some say that eating is a necessity, but cooking is art. For us – cooking is a time to chat about our lives, to giggle, and do best friend things! We partnered with a local Chicago company, Home Chef, to cook up this Neapolitan Pizza Margherita with fresh mozzarella, basil, and balsamic dressed arugula.
Fun Fact: Did you know that pizza was invented in 1889 when Queen Margherita visited Napoli? When a chef was asked to prepare a special dish in her honor, the pizza was put together tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and basil to match the colors of the Italian flag.
