New Year’s Eve marked our last night before a 15-day cleanse. That’s more than two weeks! What’s a doll to do on her last night?
It’s no secret they we love a delicious meal. So for the special occasion we cooked, baked, grilled a dinner that would satisfy a person headed to the electric chair, let alone about to start a cleanse.

We ran all over the city to pick up the perfect ingredients… Yes, you could say we have very happy boyfriends.
We went to the Paulina Meat Market on N. Lincoln Ave and got two steak filets, fresh cut bacon, lobster ravioli and vodka sauce. Caitlin whipped up Shrimp Dijon (garlic, wine, butter, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and shrimp… yum) and Danielle went to her favorite Italian market, Bari on Grand Ave. and got the BEST cut of pasta spaghetti fusilli to mix together. By the time the meal was done there was also a large salad and fully loaded baked potatoes. OH and let’s not forget dessert… We have a slight obsession with waffle-ing things and our first experiment was with cinnabons! Let’s not forget Caitlin’s homemade ice cream with leftover Christmas cookie chunks in the ice-cream. Is your mouth watering yet??
