Fueled and Fashionable

Caitlin and Danielle have always thought of themselves as fit, fashionable and active, but after discovering OTG Bootcamp, the Dolls changed their fitness and meal plans.  Once C+D learned how to fuel themselves properly after a workout, their body transformations kept them coming back for more. Along with this lifestyle change, came the need for clothes that fit a little better, so Caitlin and Danielle turned to adidas to help keep them fashionably fit.

Each day, we meet at the gym for a burst of HIIT Training. Our days are often different and we’re on the go, but we learned how to fuel our bodies to gain muscle, burn fat and stay energized! Here’s a look at our meal plan:

Breakfast:

• 6 oz Protein
• Handful of green veggies
• 1/2 cup of carbs

Snack: Protein shake

• 6 oz Protein
• Handful of green veggies
• 1/2 cup of carbs

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner:

• 6 oz Protein
• Handful of green veggies

Water: Half your body weight in oz each day!!!!

We always try to get as creative with our meal plan – that means incorporating different types of proteins and green veggies every day. Whenever we host or attend a BBQ, we always bring high-quality, protein-packed beef!

We’re huge fans of Wagyu Excelente, one of the finest brands of American Wagyu Beef. Thomas Flynn, Worldwide Director of Sales, was kind enough to educate the Dolls about what makes Wagyu Excelente so special.

Here’s what we learned… Wagyu marbling contains mono-unsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) and lower saturated fatty acids (SFA). Thomas told us to think of MUFA as the “good fat” and should be matched with salt and pepper, these are right seasonings to draw out Excelente aromatic umami flavors and juiciness.

The Dolls believe that what they put in their bodies and what they wear on their bodies, directly impacts their entire vibe. They have to stay hydrated, fueled and fashionable to keep moving forward in this Dolly, Doll world.
