Doll Bod Workout

Healthy is Sexy.

We enjoy the deliciousness of a healthy meal…. Indulging from time to time is just as important. Lightly said, we are foodies.

Working out is also a passion of ours. The dolls spend an hour 3-5 days a week at the gym working on our physical being but we also believe in working out your mind and soul. Crystal healing, energy work and yoga are very important parts of our lives. A combo of cardio, yoga, crystals and great food is what keeps these dolls balanced from the inside, out.

Here’s our one hour Doll Bod workout:

  • 30 minutes on the Stairmaster with two intervals of levels 6 & 10
  • 6 sets of 10 pushups on a bosu ball
  • 6 sets of 10 squats
  • STRETCH!

We are the best science projects we have. We love to try different cleanses, supplements and workouts all while keeping friends like you in the loop. We support one another as we all try different self experiments on this journey to being the best version of ourselves. Let’s be honest, without your health you have NO wealth!
