We’ve mentioned before that we are Dolls on the go! Our busy schedules change everyday – from photoshoots, to client meetings, days at the office and hosting events. It’s important to us that we make the choice to stay healthy. That’s why we start our mornings together at OTG Bootcamp – it was there that we learned the importance of keeping our bodies fueled. With so much running around, we know that one of our barriers to success can be time. That’s why we were thrilled to discover Healthy Choice morning, as well as their Vegan and Vegetarian Power Bowls.
These Healthy Choice morning, as well as vegan and vegetarian Power Bowls really help us out when we are in a time crunch! We just pop them in the microwave and are good to go 🙂
They all have flavorful combinations – we tried the Pesto Egg White Scramble and Cauliflower Curry. We are very conscious about the nutrition we fuel our bodies with. Each meal we choose is protein-packed, includes leafy greens, and wholesome carbs like ancient grains. These bowls have it all. Each serving has 10-16 grams of protein and 3-16 grams of fiber in each bowl. The serving bowls are even made from a recyclable fiber… so it’s something we can feel good about.

it’s so hard to find healthy food when you are on the go. And our lives these days are always on the go. I didn’t hear about these healthy choice power bowls before, I will have a look for them next time I’m out shopping.
